Kerala Christian Leaders Conference 2007 starts today

A four day long Christian Leaders Conference Kerala – 2007 will commence today at Charalkunnu near Kozhencherry, it will be attended by heads of various churches, vicars and other leity people.

Kerala state transport Minister Mathew T. Thomas will inaugurate the meeting at 6 pm on today that will last until August 16.

The Chief Guest at the Conference is Rev. Samuel Kamalesan, who will deliver discourse, while Rev. Simon Behanan, Rev K C Vijayan, Rev Justin Padamadan and Rev K K Johnson will give lectures on various topics.

The state opposition leader Oommen Chandy is expected to deliver the key–note address.

Major Archbishop of Malankara Catholic Church Baselios Mar Clemis Catholicos will also deliver a keynote message in the conference.

The other prominent speakers expected at the conference are CSI Bishop Thomas Samuel, Kuriakose Mar Xeverios of the Knananya Church, Yuhanon Mar Milithios of Syrian Jacobite Church, Chimanbai Vaghela of Salvation Army, Bishop Samuel Mathew of the Believers’ Church and Pastor T G Koshy of Sharon Fellowship Church.
