Ministry plans gifts, party for children on Christmas

Might be not all, but at least a few children may celebrate this Christmas with cheer.

A Christian Ministry, Mathew 10, founded by Pete Sulack plans to gather gifts and if possible a party for the destitute children in the country.

Sulack, who has taken responsibility by organizing sponsors for orphaned children, widows and pastors in India says his ministry is "based on Matthew Chapter 10, which speaks of Christians' obligations to extend love and care in return for God's love."

Urging donations and partners, Sulack said, "For all of our children that we're taking care of in India, we're going to provide them with a new set of clothes, a gift for Christmas, as well as a Christmas party."

"We're going to give them a hot meal as well as ice cream and cake," Sulack said, adding the dollar buys more in India so even small donations help.

"Any time we can throw them a party, they just think that's the greatest thing in the world.

"It's amazing how appreciative they are of the little things that we so often take for granted," he added.
