The Rashtriya Christian Morcha (National Christian Front - NCF) is set to hold its first national-level meeting in New Delhi on 26-27 March 2025, drawing participants from across India to discuss issues facing the Christian community and indigenous peoples in the country.

The two-day event, themed “Educate! Organize! Agitate!” will take place at Garhwal Bhawan near Jhandewalan Metro Station, with accommodation arrangements at Ambedkar Bhawan on Rani Jhansi Road. According to organizers, participants from various states have already begun their journeys to the capital.

Bishop R.K. Massey of the Church of India, Delhi, will inaugurate the first day’s session, with Senior Advocate Colin Gonsalvez of the Supreme Court serving as chief guest. The meeting will feature prominent speakers including state presidents of the National Christian Front from Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Bihar, and representatives from other states.

According to the event agenda, the meeting will discuss strategies for future movements and alleged violations of constitutional rights. Topics include discussions on reported atrocities against Christians, vandalism of churches, and concerns about the development of scheduled castes and scheduled tribes.

Adv. Sunil Dongardive, National In charge of the National Christian Front, will head the three sessions on the first day.

The second day will feature Rev. Dr. Richard Howell, President of Caleb Institute as the chief guest. Dr. John Dayal, journalist and former member of the National Integration Council of India, will attend as guest of honour.

Topics slated for discussion on the second day include displacement of tribal Christians due to violence, religious freedom concerns, and building solidarity between Christian communities and indigenous peoples of India (SC, ST, OBC). Speakers will also address the alleged division of tribal communities on religious grounds and the historical contribution of Christian missionaries to the upliftment of scheduled castes and tribes in India.

The NCF is working in collaboration with BAMCEF (All India Backward and Minority Communities Employees Federation) and Bharat Mukti Morcha for this event. Other supporting organizations include National Backward Class Front, National Tribal Unity Council, and National Muslim Front.

Vaman Meshram, National President of Bharat Mukti Morcha and described as the “National Mentor” of the National Christian Front, will preside over sessions on the second day.

Organizers have appealed to “aware, responsible and socially thoughtful” Christians to send representatives from their respective states to help establish “mutual brotherhood” within the community and with indigenous peoples of India.

Registration for the event, which includes accommodation and food arrangements, is priced at Rs. 600. The organization has appealed that those unable to attend are encouraged to provide financial support to the cause.
