Pastor asked to vacate his rented house in Indore

Pastor Sam David, who has been serving in the city of Indore, Madhya Pradesh was forced by Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) to vacate his rented house after a witchcraft seekers in the same building found solution through his ministry, Global Council of Indian Christian (GCIC) reported.

The 37-year-old Assemblies of God pastor, a native of Tamil Nadu has been serving the Lord in the city and lives in a rented building Choitram Mandi place Tejpur Gadhbadi Indore; which is about 12 km from the Indore Railway Station, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

As usual the church worship service started at 6:00 p.m. at his house; as the worship was going on, Pastor Sam was playing the Tambourine and singing around 25 worshipers were gathered in the place.

After about an hour, a drunk man named Kamal, 27-year-old barged into the room, kicking the door which was partially shut so that noise wouldn't go out; and straightaway came to Pastor Sam and snatched the tambourine and threw it away; and then he slapped and hit Sam on his face; and was using vulgar and abusive language. Some of the believers got up and restrained the drunken man and took him out.

Pastor Sam lives on the first floor; meanwhile, the lady who live in the ground floor also came. She also does witchcraft and the people use to come to her for solution for their problems; but they were not coming to her anymore as they were now going to Pastor Sam for Prayers and their prayers have been answered so the lady was against the pastor as well.

During this, about 10 people belonging to RSS came and they started asking Pastor Sam to vacate the place. Pastor Sam agreed and he said he will vacate the place as soon as he finds another place.

The church members have pleaded: "Please Pray for Sam and his family; his Wife Esther, 30-year-old and his Son, 5-year-old Caleb Elijah."
