Police returns the confiscated film equipments of GFA missionaries

The GFA missionaries, whose film equipments and projectors that were confiscated by the police recently have been returned, reported GFA leaders in India.

The missionaries who went to retrieve the equipments were warmly greeted and the head officers returned the equipments, after apologizing for the happening.

The Police asked the GFA missionaries permission to have the film with them so they could watch it and then return. They even asked them questions about the film and about Christianity, said the missionaries.

A group of Anti–Christian extremists had beaten the four GFA missionaries during a film show, depicting the life of Jesus. Upon complaints, the police later arrested the GFA missionaries and confiscated the film equipments. The missionaries were also beaten by the police and taken to different police stations in the same area, releasing them the early next morning.

The film team thanking God for protecting them and their equipments requested continual prayers so that they can more powerfully share the Gospel in the unreached.
