The test identification parade (TIP) in the nun rape case will be held outside Kandhamal on June 22, state authorities confirmed.
According to Inspector General (IG) of Police, crime branch, Arun Ray, the "TIP will be held at Choudhwar jail as scheduled for June 22."
The second TI, said the official, will identify one of the main accused in the case.
Although it was scheduled at Baliguda jail in Kandhamal district, after the victim pleaded for the change of venue, citing security reasons, the court agreed to shift it to Cuttack.
In her petition, the nun said she feels unsafe and there has always been a "threat to my life in Baliguda after August 25, 2008 incident." She added that the "situation has not improved in the locality."
So far, police have arrested 15 of the 30 persons on whom case has been registered.
The nun was raped and paraded naked on August 25, in the aftermath of the killing of a local VHP leader.
