Supreme Court upholds controversial two–child norm, faces flak

New Delhi – The Supreme Court of India, that has left many in a state of shock when it recently upheld the upheld a law introduced by the Haryana government to disqualify people with more than two children from being members of municipalities in the state, has been criticized by Church leaders as well as women rights activists.
