He made them the best Chief Technology officer, Head of Marketing, Head of Finance, Head of Systems, Head Exports, Head of Human Resources and so on..

Management Techniques:
He taught them powerful tools and techniques which could be used to convince people to go for the product which was offered by them. He delegated all his powers to his team members and asked them to practice the tools and techniques provided by him among people and also told his team members that they have to adjust according to the situations and be one among them and build a network of people. i.e. he was the founder of Network Marketing, he asked his team members to network among people and equip them and train them so that they could go further and make more newer members for the expansion of his empire. He always preached unity and told the network to be always united if they need to expand and grow.

He was charismatic and had empathy towards people and first used to provide for the needs of the people (feeding them etc.) and then used to market his product to build his empire. He led from the front and use to wait for the right opportunity and perfect time to make a presentation to the people about the salient features of his product.

He taught his team members by his own personal hands on experience and once he made wine in a marriage only after the original wine was over and the people enjoyed the wine served later by him and the guests praised the marriage party for providing such good quality wine. He always stressed on Quality and always gave the best to the people.
